Discord mute appeal

Reason for ban: Spamming gg's to much and off topic chat in channels
Length of ban: Perma
Appeal:
This happened a while ago and the gg's was a bit of a habit back then to add to everything in conversation. I guarantee you now that is not the case. The reason why I want a mute appeal is so I can talk in vc with other players.

Hi Mac,

Your appeal doesn't accurately reflect the reality of the situation so we won't be completely unmuting you at this stage. However, as the issue only came about in text channels, we are willing to modify your mute so you're able to talk in voice channels. If you find any issue with the permissions please let me know as this isn't something we've done before. As always, any abusing mistakes made in the creation of the role to bypass the intended mute level will result in either a permanent mute or simply a ban from the Discord.
