Falsely banned for X-Ray

Alright, so this is going to sound cliche but I legitimately did not use an X-Ray texture pack or anything similar to gather those diamonds. I do, however, realize that the paths I took to some of these veins DO make me look like I've been cheating when it was straight-up dumb luck. I know this already sounds like the typical excuse a cheater gives but that's literally all there is to it just hear me out

I mean I could've just waited for the ban duration to be up since it's not a perm ban or I could've just pleaded guilty and said the typical "I'm sorry I cheated I won't do it again" and get relatively easily unbanned but I'm trying to clear my name here not just get unbanned.

As I've previously mentioned to the staff member that banned me, here's my side of the story:
I was trying to get some custom enchants on some diamond gear (and later make it netherite) so whenever I needed a couple of extra diamonds I would do /rtp and then either immediately dig down or walk around for a little bit to either get on land or look for a cave and dig from there. The main goal was to find a large dripstone cave and from there look for some uncovered diamonds. If you look at the logs you'll notice an /rtp before each of those respectively, and I don't know if you can see where my /rtp landed but you'll notice I always mined near that or went through a nearby cave. Additionally, if you look at some of my other times I found diamonds you'll notice I didn't always immediately get diamonds, and other than those couple of times basically all were uncovered diamonds.

If you send me the photos of each path that incriminates me, I can explain what my thought process in each scenario was.

The only other thing I can mention is I've been on this server for a while even before the reset hence 2018 in my profile here (also I did like quit for a while cuz personal outside reasons), my point in mentioning that is just that I don't have any history in cheating. There was even a point in time before the reset where I discovered a dupe glitch that was incredibly easy to abuse (it made it possible to dupe an entire inventory at once) and I chose to report it instead of abusing it (not sure which admin it was that I talked to at the time its been a while maybe Tribe?). Would it really make sense that I chose to break the rules in such an obvious way for a measly couple of diamonds when I could've at one point duplicated literally chests of relics (I used to collect all the relics before the reset and it was like 99% complete.)

Now even with all of this, that doesn't necessarily clear my name at all as one could argue that "You just felt lazy and wanted some quick diamonds" or "Yeah no way you dug straight down to diamonds just by luck"; and so, one thing I'd like to test, and I'm not demanding you do this I'm just asking for a favor, is maybe go around some of those paths I took near both the paths that are 'evidence' against me and the paths that aren't and use a X-Ray texture pack and see if there are any covered diamonds that I haven't taken around. This would be the most clear evidence against the cheating accusation so I'm going to bank on the same dumb luck that got me into this mess in hope that it also gets me out of it.

Thanks for making this appeal, it is currently under review, although if you didn't mind, please explain your thought process on screenshots shown below, as you stopped on some of these on the same level with diamonds that weren't visible from the tunnel you made. Some tunnels were made from a cave above straight to the diamonds, which are not tunnels from the surface down and /rtp does not teleport you to caves.

I think you misunderstood what I said when it came to /rtp I just meant that I would usually mine near the location it landed if not at it. Don't worry about it for now it'll be relevant in a minute

I'm going to go on under the basis that the 4th image had diamonds that weren't visible from the tunnel and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd images were visible from the tunnel I made.

(So for all of these, keep in mind that my main goal was to mine deep enough to get to a dripstone/lush/deep-dark cave biome and look for uncovered diamonds there, the reason I don't continue mining in any of these is I usually needed just 1 vein of diamonds due to having a fortune pick)

if my memory serves me right for that one I did /rtp and then immediately mined straight down and happened to hit diamonds. I hope I'm remembering this correctly but the /rtp coordinates should be the same as where I started mining. (other than the y level obviously). If that isn't the case then the rtp teleportation probably landed me in the nearby water (I know for sure one of these I did a rtp and then mined straight down into diamonds, if not this one then probably image #1)

I don't know where on the surface I started for that one but seeing as I mined down from a cave I'm assuming this one I had either mined straight down into a cave, walked through it to see if I can get to a large opening, and then continued down when I didn't find any or I entered a surface cave and when I saw it ended at a dead end I continued down and then hit diamonds.

For this one, I think mined straight down, found a cave, saw it was small and led nowhere so kept going instead, and found diamonds next to me from the tunnel I made. Can't really see the surface so I couldn't tell you where I started mining on that one

For this one, I remember commenting to myself "damn if someone saw this they'd think I'm x-raying" I remember clearly that I mined down and saw a couple of subtitles that indicated a zombie nearby (I play with the sound off but the subtitles on) and then started mining around me to try and see if I can find that cave (notice the tunnels I made that don't lead to diamond, those were me trying to see if I'm in a wall). Also notice here that there's a mineshaft nearby, which I definitely wouldn't have skipped if I had known it was there (aka if I had known it was there with x-ray).

Having explained all this, I still understand that this doesn't clear up anything as its not really that strong of evidence, which is why I ask you to check some of these paths/tunnels with an x-ray pack or if you have something built into the moderation plugin or something and see if there are diamond veins that I would've found had I been using x-ray as that would be much stronger evidence than anything I could say.
