I found a plug-in called PhatLoots that adds loot bags and special controls over what mobs drop

Atm killing mobs gives armor, tools and tiered items and the occasional shard. What more are you looking for mobs to drop?

Also, as for loot bags. Look into /bpgrade and get a second backpack. Allows you to hold an entire second and third backpack for looted items.

Not criticizing you here jaz, but most, if not all the the items dropped by mobs are trash teir... I don't like this Idea very much as we already have the shady bottles system.

Mobs already drop tiered items and have chances to spawn custom items, so far only a few items have been added but we're working on adding more, thanks for the suggestion, but we won't be using that plugin.
